This notice explains how PASSO ALTO handles information submitted through the enquiry form. Version: 8 September 2026.
Launch gate: PUBLIC_LEGAL_NAME, PUBLIC_LEGAL_ADDRESS, PUBLIC_CONTACT_EMAIL and PUBLIC_VAT_ID must be configured before public launch.
Controller and contact
The legal operator name, address, VAT details and privacy contact appear below. Public launch is blocked until these fields are completed.
What we collect
We collect contact details, preferred experience, dates, group size, place of stay, free-text notes, attribution data and consent records. Do not submit medical documents or detailed health information through this form.
Why we use it
We use enquiry data to take steps requested before a possible contract, answer you, check feasibility and prevent abuse. Optional marketing is processed only with consent. Necessary security records are processed to protect the service.
Storage and recipients
Lead data is stored in Cloudflare D1 and is visible only to authorised operators. A configured notification provider may receive the minimum data required to alert the team. Analytics and marketing providers load only after the corresponding consent. Unconverted enquiries are reviewed for deletion after 24 months; legal and accounting records follow applicable retention duties.
Your choices and rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability where applicable, withdraw marketing consent, or object to certain processing. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority. Contact the address shown below.
