Every published route is an idea, not a promise that a specific road, lift, trail or supplier is available.
Launch gate: PUBLIC_LEGAL_NAME, PUBLIC_LEGAL_ADDRESS, PUBLIC_CONTACT_EMAIL and PUBLIC_VAT_ID must be configured before public launch.
Before confirmation
The team verifies scope, group needs, forecast, access, capacity, required professional qualifications, insurance and a workable alternative. The proposal names the responsible operator and suppliers.
Before departure
Conditions are checked again, participants receive meeting details, equipment guidance and emergency contacts, and the operator records a go / adapt / postpone decision.
During the experience
The responsible professional may change or stop the activity when conditions, participant wellbeing or access make the original plan unsuitable.
Retreat-specific controls
Retreats require confirmed accommodation, food and allergy handling, facilitator scope, transport responsibility, room allocation, emergency contacts, supplier insurance and a bad-weather programme.
