PASSO ALTO / TERMS

Website and enquiry terms

The website provides information and records enquiries. Submitting a form does not create a booking, contract or payment obligation.

Proposal and confirmation

A booking exists only after PASSO ALTO sends a written proposal identifying the responsible operator, services, suppliers, total price, payment terms, cancellation terms and required participant information, and you accept it through the stated process.

Availability and conditions

Routes, access, lifts, roads, accommodation, facilitators and transport remain subject to verification. Mountain conditions may require a change, safer alternative, postponement or cancellation under the accepted proposal.

Tours and retreats

A tour is normally a one-day private experience. A retreat may combine several services over more than one day. The proposal must state who supplies each service and whether the offer is a package or another legally defined arrangement.

Participant information

Guests must provide accurate information about group size, minors, mobility and practical needs relevant to safe planning. Sensitive medical information must be shared only through the secure process specified after contact.

Complaints and governing terms

The final proposal provides the operator’s complaint channel, applicable law, dispute information and any mandatory consumer notices. Those specific terms prevail for the booked experience.
